I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed in Florida, New Hampshire and New York with Telehealth practicing privileges in 40 states through PSYPACT. I have extensive experience, presently serving as faculty at the Icahn School of Medicine, and previously holding faculty positions at Dartmouth Medical School and Weill Cornell College of Medicine. My professional focus encompasses working with adults, adolescents, families, and couples to address a wide range of challenges. These include but are not limited to divorce, relationship issues, body image and eating disorders, anxiety, depression, stress management/resiliency, self-esteem, human potential, peak performance, and brain fitness.

I believe in fostering a secure and supportive environment that empowers individuals to unlock their potential and navigate obstacles with resilience. Leveraging my expertise, I am proficient in employing a tailored blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, and mindfulness techniques for each unique client.

A graduate of Columbia University, I have served as faculty at Dartmouth and Cornell, offering expert and sensitive guidance to address challenges and bolster confidence.

In addition to my clinical work, I am frequently sought after as a presenter at both local and national conferences, contribute to peer-reviewed journals, serve on editorial boards, and provide expertise in legal cases.
